Listed an ipod, new buyer with nil feedback purchased near end of sale period, i sent invoice nearly straight away, they replied immediately.
'Hi there,
I am terribly sorry but I wasn't in the right state of mind when
I pressed the bid button. I don't know what I can do to make up for this
mistake, I can only say that I am terribly, terribly sorry that I cannot
buy this item because I do not have the money. Maybe you can sell it to the
second highest bidder? Or maybe you can put it up again.
I understand if
you are feeling angry and disappointed right now. I apologise from the
bottom of my heart.

So I sent second invoice and asked if they wanted to cancel, no response, then sent a cancel request with note that sending as they said they couldn't pay. But now would rather list as non payer. So can i cancel the cancel request i sent?
