Hi
Can some one please tell me why I cannot get any help on customer support at the moment is anyone else having the same problem I cannot find any way to contact them? I have been away and have been using my account while overseas and now it has locked me out and then when I try to reset my password it says technical difficulties (this has been happening for the last 11 hours).
