Someone has set up an account using my name and my address. The problem is I have had one item returned to my address and a couple of nights ago a man at my door looking for an exchange. I dont want strange people at my door assuming I have sold them faulty goods. In this case the man was quite pleasant but what happens the next time. How do I stop this person using my name and address?
