Get through to who?
Did you buy through eBay?
When did you buy?
What is the estimated delivery date?
Did you buy as a guest?
Where is the seller registered?
Other members do not know if it is a scam or not
But you do need to read the buying basics, in case the item does not arrive, or in case the seller you bought from does try to 'scam' you (which they only can if you allow them to) You as the buyer have all the power if you use the tools eBay gives you

Are you logged into the correct account, this one seems to have no activity in 4 years

If you did, use the link below to sort it out.

If you received a confirmation email, you should try to log in using the email address where you received the email. If you don't remember the password, you should be able to reset it by stating you forgot it, and they will send you a reset link to your mailbox.
If when you try to log in you get an error message that there is no account associated with that email address, then yes, you have most probably bought the item as a guest.
