Sellers pay pal payment unclaimedI paid for items through pay pal and it was unclaimed.

Hi

I paid for items through pay pal and the payment wasn't claimed. I emailed the seller and they said they have been having problems and pay pal hadn't got back to them.They asked if l would bank deposit. I felt unsafe about that and said l don't have the cash.

Then within 5 minutes my pay pal payment was refunded to me.I am unsure what to do.

Do not pay until they fix paypal.

If they say they can not, then ask the seller to post the item, and upon receipt you will pay into the bank account they nominate.

They are asking you to trust them to post after you have paid into a bank, so in return, they should trust you to pay once you recieve the item.

If they don't, ask them to cancel the purchase.
