I need help in withdrawing credit funds in my account.

I've tried to do my research, and have confirmed the account tab, has an updated Debit Card listed to a transaction account, and I have set up the 2 step verification process aswell.

The credit funds are from a refund from eBay from when I closed my shop.   I've had an email that I need to withdraw the funds, but I cannot (for the life of me) work out how to do it.

Is someone able to help please.

eBay only disburse funds via Managed Payments.

Have you registered for MP? This includes verifying your bank account (login credentials OR micro deposits), and also verifying your ID (photo ID such as driver license or passport).
