My order for the doona cover can be traced until it gets to Toll in Queensland. Due to their complete lack of worry about this order, the latest information given to me is that the order has been 'returned'. but they cannot say where to. This problem has gone on for over a month now, with them giving me excuse after excuse as to where the package has gone. Now I find you're not interested in my problem because, through no fault of myown, the problem has gone on for over a month. God help us all.
