I sold an item on eBay for 113.96 dollars. Shipping was paid from my PayPal funds. The total eBay fee was 15.57.Net Proceeds was 98.41eBay deposited 51 dollars into my bank account. To my understanding, it should be 98.41. Please enlighten me on this...

Not sure how you have any funds yet since you are a new seller and everything should still be on hold
Nor how you paid for shipping from your PayPal funds since PayPal has'nt been a thing for sellers in nearly 4 years (forgive me, been up most of the night dealing with the storms, so not exactly on the ball there)
