Money taken but no confirmation of purchase.

So I placed an order for something over 100 bucks and its taken the money from my account, however its not in my purchase history, I dont have an order confirmation and theres nothing saying I bought it except for the fact that the money is no longer in my account? Is this normal? Do I wait, whats happening?

How long ago did you buy the item?

Have you changed the dropdown menu to cover the purchase period?

Did you buy under this account?

Another account?

Did you buy as a guest?

Is the email you have registered with eBay the email address you are checking?

Have you checked the junk folder?

Have you communicated with the seller and asked for a tracking number?

i ordered generator on ebay. i made the payment via PayPal. No confirmation no generator no answer

As per all the question above. No answer from who? Did you contact the seller via eBay messages or did you send an email to eBay (which would be pointless) What was the estimated delivery date? Was this from one of the sellers in China that you frequently buy from? (I really hope not, buying something like a generator from a random. dodgy seller in China is asking for big trouble re fires/safety/etc
