I placed an order and had a pending charge put against my debit card which is the normal practice. The next day another amount was taken from my account that matches the total amount of the pending charge. I have received both items but the pending charge is still on my debit card and I can not access those funds. In effect Ebay have charged me twice. I did not give permission for the second amount to be taken from account so in effect the second withdrawal is actually theft.
