Seller gave me refund but then item turned up - how do I pay them now?

Hi, the item was due 15.2.17 but it wasn't here by the end of February so I contacted the seller through eBay and they gave me a refund on 7 March.  The item then turned up on 10 March.  How do I now pay them for the item through PayPal as they have given me an email address only?

All you need is their email address to pay the seller through Paypal.
