I did NOT receive an invoice from eBay re commission. The amount was just taken from my account at the end of the month. All it said on my bank statement was eBay International. $$$

Ebay do not send out Invoices by mail.

You would have received a  message to the email account attached to your eBay account informing you that your Invoice was available.

Go into your Account Tab and on the right hand side there's a drop down box with your Invoices.

Choose the Month that you require and print.

Edit: Also you would have given ebay permission to withdraw your fees from either your Bank Account or Paypal when you signed up for your Account.
