In response to this request, I correctly want to reply to the buyer's tracking information, but do not accept the return due to the wrong operation in my busy time, so I can't carry out other operations. The real situation is as follows:

The buyer requested a refund on the grounds that the goods did not work at 25 Aug, but the goods were delivered at 1 Sep. at 26 Aug, I informed the buyer that the goods were delayed due to covid-19 lock. The buyer replied to the wrong items and did not receive the goods. Please check our email. Our second email asked the buyer to receive the goods. Please close the refund request. There was no reply,
