Someone fraudulently accessed my ebay account and made a purchase using my paypal how do I fix this?

My email linked to ebay was hacked, someone made a purchase of a game code on ebay and used my paypal to pay for it, this is linked to my bank account. Fortunately the funds have not been withdrawn from my account and i have notified my bank of the fraud. I've changed all my passwords etc. I'm trying to figure out how to notify ebay of the fraud and cancel the transaction

Just as an 'aside' not sure if you use Outlook email but a mate's was hacked last weekend

Their email is'nt linked to eBay though , but just thought I'd mention in case it is an email provider issue and we start seeing more Outlook users getting hacked
