How do I invoice for postage only?

A buyer paid for an item via Paypal, before I could invoice to include postage that we had agreed on. The buyer agrees and want to pay it. How do I now invoice for postage part only?

You can not send an invoice for just the postage amount....it will void the buyer and seller paypal protection.

You will have to refund the amount already paid and reinvoice for the full amount.
