We recently had something like that on another id which had newly signed up for Managed Payments.
Although we'd added our bank account details, we found that they couldn't verify them, possibly because it's a smaller regional bank/credit union.
We clicked on the "add bank account" link (I think from memory), and it gave us the option to re-add the account, verify it by a couple of "micro deposits" or upload a statement.
We went with the micro deposits, and were verified quite quickly, and our funds released within a couple of days.
