for some reason my credit card is not able to be used as a method of payment, i have also tried PayPal and discovered it was locked due to identification reasons.
why is my valid card though not working ????

As for PayPal, many people were blocked from using it during the last few months if they had not verified their ID.
Have you called Paypal to find out what the actual id issue is?
