waiting for refund

Hi, 

I been waiting for my refund  payment of doll house (122363299661)  which I bought on 9th April, but because of adress issues I havent receive the item. As I havent recived my item and now I am waiting for my refund money and its been one month but there is no response from ebay and seller.  Just want know why its been taking long or if you can provide me seller detail I can contact them directly. I have no problem if I will get doll house rather than money, I can collect from sellers if its in Melbourne.
