If you’ve received an email or phone call purporting to be from eBay about a scam or fraud, you should open a new browser and log in to eBay, and check in your notifications. Chances are high that the email or phone call warning you of a fraudulent charge is ITSELF a scam.
If you post a few more details (not your private details) here, we can probably confirm if it’s a fraud based on the typical fake “Your account was hacked/charged/etc SCAM communication wording or style.
If you want to contact eBay CS, you can find the information on the bottom of any Help page. Live Chat has been the major (and often the only) way to contact eBay since the start of the pandemic. Never use any so-called eBay help number that’s given to you by fraudsters.
