Have you selected a form of payment?  eg. Paypal, or a card, or Afterpay?

Yes I always use Paypal,I've been buying on eBay for years and never had this problem

Several people recently have commented here they have suddenly have had issues trying to pay with PayPal (which was suppose to have been done away with already) Are you using a VPN ? or the app? (both can cause problems)
