How do I stop seeing ads from other countries coming up I would only like to see what's in Australia

I go on ebay to buy something only stuff from overseas comes up available,  then if I buy something 5 mins later it comes up available in Australia.  Regardless that my settings say Australia ebay still brings up overseas first

Selecting Australia means you will see sellers whom sell or have listed on the Australian site.

Try using the location option,  1000 km from your postcode.
