14color wrist watches woman man ladies brand silicone jelly quartz watches ESY1(mint green),<REMOVED> was defective as received on 08/20/2014. I would like a replacement that is not defective (the minute hand is loose).

No good asking here, this is an Australian 'help' board with queries answered by other ebay members such as yourself. You need to contact the seller to see if they will agree to exchanging the item for you. Or open an Item not as described case via Ebay/Paypal. I would asssume you paid by Paypal. You will probably need to return the defective item back to the seller by trackable post, but don't do that till you start the Item not as described case.
Not wise to post your personal email address either, or you run the risk of being spammed.
