My latest correspondence with my seller about an undelivered parcel have gone un answered. Please advise me what to do next, itn has been a week since I heard anything. You expertise in these matters would be appreciated. Thank you Margaret

Where was the item coming from? if it was an overseas item, it could have been delayed by customs, for example
A week since (you bought the item? were given tracking? it was marked as sent?) (were you given a tracking number?)
How long was the seller's handling time?
What was the seller's feedback like?
Keep in mind that the 'estimated delivery dates' are made up by ebay, they are rarely accurate
If it has been an unreasonable length of time, you can open an INR dispute
Also, no everyone is on their computer every day, so if the seller has responded to other messages, but not your latest message, they may not have been online
