Hi If I buy a product and when I get it, it is incomplete or unable to be used in the condition it In when recieved, who should pay the postage cost to return for a refund?

Some sellers will also refund the return postage if they were in error but some will not.

If you open a dispute via paypal and escalate to a claim (this should be done to protect your self as paypal will give you the return address) you will be told to return via trackable post at your cost.
