If that is how it arrived, you need to open and follow through with an item not as described dispute

Is this from the seller in China who left you the last feedback?

Either way, once you open a dispute do NOT close it if the seller asks you too, not for any reason

No if the promise to send another one/to refund or tell you they can't do anything with a dispute open
