It is my experience as a Seller that eBay don't read emails.
They skim through the first few lines and ignore the details.
I have been passed from pillar to post so many times that I have decided to write a formal letter of complaint to someone.
I called eBay only to be told that they don't have a postal address, or even if they did, are not allowed to reveal it. ???????
I want to write a strongly worded letter of complaint.
Unless advised by some of my fellow Sellers, I will write to the people I pay once a month.
