Buyer with false address information. Who do I contact?

Hi I have a high end item, buyer brought. $1900au.She has a disconected phone number and address is back of a factory.

Can anyone please give me correct address for reporting her please.

She continues to lie to me.

Please help me you knowledgeable people!

Just cancel the transaction using the option "problem with buyers address".

Open a Buyer not Paid - close when eBay allows and she will at least have a strike

against her record.
