Cancelling a transaction at the buyers request-

I have had so many buyers wanting to cancell transactions for items they have purchased in error.  Last customer said this

"I think that I clicked something that said I was going to purchase this item, however, this was not my intention."

Cancelling a transaction comes up as a defect on my seller dashboard, how do I stop this?

And feedback would be great.
