Ebay says my selling is below standard and may restrict my account.

Hi there,

I can't understand why Ebay are saying that my selling is below standard and may restrict my account. I'm only a small seller and do it for a hobby, that puts on a few items and have been doing this for years. All of a sudden I get emails saying this. It's upsetting that I may have to stop selling after all of these years and sounds like they're saying you're not selling enough so you're out the door.

Does anyone have any ideas what to do?

Since being on MP have you had any INR or INAD disputes where eBay have had to step in?

That is the only thing I can think of because to look at your selling account, nothing lools bad in even the smallest way.

In your T&C's you state paypal, d.debit and money order for payment. I don't know if this would have any bearing on it, as your listings automatically show the eBay payment gateways available

Thank you very much. I think only twice I've had a dispute. I've only ever had 1 negative in all the time I've been selling. I think it's just that I don't sell enough.

It has nothing to do with sales numbers. There are specific metrics that determine if you're below standards. As kopes has advised, check what your seller dashboard says
