For no obvious reason (I have been following all of the usual selling guidelines, am a top rated seller with 100% score) my sales seem to have dropped dramatically over the last couple of months. I thought that with Christmas on the way, December would be a great month. It was anything but!!! Sales since November have been absolutely terrible and I have tried everything I can think of. Sales have been much worse since I officially opened a "store" on ebay and worse still since ebay started the new store formats etc. Has anyone experienced it or am I just missing something really obvious? Any insights would be truly appreciated.
