Hi, I have been notified that a sale was paid by Paypal on 7th September but no funds appear.

Hello, this is the first time this has happened to me.  I was notified on my E-bay that a paypal payment was made on 7th September for $10.00.  I have checked my Paypal but these funds do not show.  Any help please?
