I am being penalised by buyers for Australia Post slow delivery - not fair!

Hi there - I have a 3 day posting on my items but I usually post next day and in some cases same day if a buyer pays before I go to the post office.  I've had a big christmas clean out of items up for sale and I've done the right thing but Aust Post has been incredibly slow in delivering packages around Australia.  I've now lost points in my feedback when I have posted same or next day after payment but it has taken a long time to arrive at its destination.  Does anyone know if there's any way I can appeal the postage time feedback or am I just stuck with it now?
