I can't respond to a cancellation request

Why can't I respond to a couple of cancellation requests sent by the seller? It's been three days now and whenever I try to respond to the request I just get 'case information unavailable, try again later'. This has happened before but never for this long...it's been three days now!! What the hell eBay? Customer Support seems to be on a three day coffee break as well because it's impossible to email them, no matter what topic avenues I go through. This is so damn irritating. I need to cancel these purchases!
Is anyone else having this issue with cancellation requests? Or not being able to email eBay?
