I have had a few customers buy then say I was offering free postage on some items this week. I only list a few low weight items as free postage so I know this to be untrue so I have told them this.
A customer sent me a screenshot of her phone today showing it as free postage, when I look on my computer it is certainly calculated postage. I have contacted eBay, has anyone else had this problem?
