The buyer purchased a set of two stainless steel necklaces and reported a missing of part on both necklace. The rings or chains of the necklace are also made of stainless steel, which is very hard to open or take apart otherwise by force power. It is very impossible that both of the two necklaces had the part lost at the same time.
