I sold a piece of furniture to an interstate buyer , the piece was clearly listed as 'pick up only' so the buyer had to organise a removalist . I packed the piece (at considerable expense with no charge) and it was delivered to the buyer with minor damage, the removalist is denying resposibility now the buyer says that the item must have been sent in that state when the selling photos and description show that it did not.
She is asking for a partial refund to cover the cost of repairs, I don't believe she is entitled. How should I reply.
She paid by paypal and organised the pick up herself by the removalist.
