I just sold piece of furniture and the buyer immediately paid by PP. Yes, I know, totally my stupidity; I usually put in large letters CASH ONLY, but I left it out on this one. But it was listed as pick up only. The PP receipt said:
"This item is eligible for Seller Protection.
To remain eligible, ship the item to the address confirmed below. We recommend using a shipping method you can track.
Please note, items delivered in person or to a different address are not covered by Seller Protection."
what the hell, I thought that they used to say that items listed as pick up only do not have buyer or seller protection. I have refunded her, and asked her to confirm she will pay cash on pick up, and haven't heard.
I thought there was NO buyer or seller protection on pick up only items. What is the situation now?
