Hello there, I purchased 3 of the same items from a seller who is no longer a member of eBay. Needless to say, the articles didnt arrive so i contacted ebay for a full refund.
They sent a refund to Paypal, but it was only for 1 of the items, leaving some $54.00 still outstanding.
Over the last 3 months, I have contacted eBay chat 3 times, who tell me they have received no notifications from accounts regarding the outstanding balance which has not been paid into my Paypal account
I am at my wits end, and am now considering what action to take next as the eBay "money back" policy clearly is not being honoured
