I have a few flower bulbs clean and would like to list them on eBay. I am unsure what states from Victoria I CAN NOT post to. I have been on the phone to Aust Post, Quarenteen of Vic and other states and keep getting a variety of answers...I am just not sure what to believe anymore. Can anyone let me know what states I can and cant post to?
