After pay is supposed to be available on most listings, there are a few exemptions eg Collectable>Tobacciana?? but a lot of my listings are showing without the benefit of 'after pay' and you cant find out till item is completely filled out with all the relevant specifics that it does not qualify and therefore have to start all over again. Ebay have not set this up correctly. There is no list of proper exemptions to check before you start a listing and the ebay agents haven't got a clue.
I have re-posted this question as I didn't know how to reply to helpful answer from a member, none of my items are over $400 and I have read the exemption list and as I said only Collectable>Tobacciana is on the list for Collectables.
