Buyer changed mind and return the items to us ,but we still not get it,now buyer asking for refund.

Hi ebay, Thank you to listening . We have a quanestion need you to help . The buyer bought 105pcs Hot 20 Pages Secret Garden Series Inky Treasure Hunting & Coloring Book Gifts JJ from our store join_in_joy , item number 131626819028 ,total price is AUD200.55. When the buyer got the items , he/she changed mind and open a return to send back the items . Buyer was able to provide the tracking of the item CF100536065AU which can be track through Australia post system or you may use this link below: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track?id=CF100536065AU .But it shows nothing .And we never get the pacakge . Now the buyer contact ebay ask for a refund . We want to know what can we do for this matter ? and how will you do to deal with it ? Waiting to your reply !

Since the tracking shows as delivered if the buyer opens a dispute against you they'll probably win the dispute and you'll get a defect.

 

Best thing to do is refund the buyer before they open a dispute against you, in fact I find it hard to understand why you haven't refunded them already since the item is shown as delivered nearly 3 weeks ago......................
