I have tried to purchase three tops ( a couple of transactions) from seller <Removed> Unfortunately they have refunded my money to Paypal without explanatiion. After the first transantion was cancelled i looked on the Ebay site and noticed the tops were still available', so I went ahead & tried to purchase again with the same result, ( seller cancelled transaction, without explanation!!!!
