Hi i got unnecessary negative feedback from buyer. this negative feedback destroy my seller image. i contact with buyer about it but they cant remove his feedback. what i have to do now?

The buyer obviously did not think it was unnecessary.
There is no way ebay will remove it as it is just a statement of facts as the buyer sees it.
You have done far more damage to your selling reputation with the reply to the feedback. You have just washed your hands of the problem by stating you did not make the item. If there are known problems then you should have offered to replace the item for the buyer and make a claim on your supplier or the manufacturer.
