I activated an offer to get 200 free listings this month (Feb) but

I activated an offer to get 200 free listings this month (Feb), when I went to check how many listings I had left tonight, the 200 listing count had dissapeared and only the normal 40 free listings count was there.

I contacted eBay and they said the last time they offered 200 free listings was in Dec 2013, but I definatley only activated this offer about 2 weeks ago and it was for the whole of February. Has anyone else had this happen?

The exact same thing happened with me, i thought it was too good to be true so read all infomation and I was under the impression  that the 200 free listing were the new monthly free listings. But just like you it has now dissapeared. It really was too good to be true.
