Regarding entering bank account details for a payment method

Hello,

 I have provided my bank account details for the purposes of using them as a method of payment, however, whenever I try to list the item, I get the following message:

"We noticed that you don't have a payment method set up with your eBay account. As soon as you take care of this, you'll be able to list more items".

So I click on the link to provide my banking details (again) but I end up with the same warning message, and therefore seem to be going in circles.

Are you able to provide assistance on how I can overcome this?

Is you  account set up for automatic payment of ebay fees?

Is your Paypal account linked to your ebay account?

Either of the above could be the problem.

When you do a listing does the message pop up when you tick the box to accept bank deposit as a payment method?
