Returned item

Returned an item to Spanish. Buyer has not recived and item "stuck" in Spanish customs ( who never repiled to my emails on status of item) . Despite me emailiing seller about delay Ebay has closed item as returned - allowing me no explanation. Very difficult to use Ebay helpline when issues are a bit nuanced and not specified on Ebay, very frustrating
