Seller Discount

Hi,

I offered a discount for pick up only.  When I try and apply the discount using the - (minus symbol), it adds the cost rather than applies the discount.  

How do I send an invoice with the discounted price?

Antoinette, once an item is sold on ebay, you cannot reduce the sold price on an invoice, only the postage amount. If you have offered the buyer a cheaper price, that is between you and the buyer, but, ebay will charge you thier fees on the sold price here.

For future reference, dont bother with the + - options, if you are altering the postage just delete the amount the comes up automatically, add the correct amount, and send, DO NOT use recalculate, that is not what it is for. If you are altering the price of an item, and dont want to have to pay the fvf on the listed price, you need to revise the listing in ebay to the lower amount before the buyer purchases, or add a buy now price at the agreed amount, you cant do it after.
