Seller asking for a refund

I sold an authentic pandora bracelet and 9 charms. In my ad I said that the bracelet was authentuc pandora but did not mention anything about the charms. The buyer now wants a refund because they thought they were authentic charms, even though I never said that they were. Do I have to give them a refund??

That is a very misleading listing....I am not surprised the buyer wants a refund.

I would give them a refund once they return the bracelet and also pay for the return postage....and be prepared for the negative feedback that you so richly deserve.
