just got a request to cancel sale due to being paid by an echeque

Hi although I have sold  quite a few items I have never struck this before

Had a request to cancel a sale as the buyer paid by echeque but now wants to pay by paypal

as the payment has already gone through do I have to refund the paypal payment( so I don;t get paid twice) or contact paypal to let them know the situation and they reverse the echeque

Thanks for any advice I didn;t want to start canceling sales and refunding so she could re buy if there was an easier way

The buyer has paid by paypal...she has funded the payment with her bank account if it is an echeque.

Just tell the buyer she has paid via paypal and you already have the funds.

You are not obliged to cancel anything.
