revising a removed item

Because of the Nigerian buyers scam I am relisting the items eBay have removed . However I would like to relish as auction instead of BIN but when I go to revise the delist ad ( which e bay put in Sold) the auction option Does not appear. How do I get the auction option on the ad ?

You cannot revise a listing from BIN to auction and vice a versa.

The listing needs to be ended then relist and change the format to auction.
